The Garage has underground garages and when the CARS are in the underground garages the TRUCKS above ground will be shared equally between the CARS. The number of CARS in the garage indicates how many GROUPS will be created.
Example: There are 4 TRUCKS above ground and in the underground garage there are 2 CARS. The 2 CARS will form 2 GROUPS and each CAR will have 2 TRUCKS each. = 2 GROUPS of CARS with each CAR having 2 TRUCKS in their GROUP.
Example: There are 9 TRUCKS above ground and in the underground garage there are 3 CARS. The 3 CARS will form 3 GROUPS and each CAR will have 3 TRUCKS each. = 3 GROUPS of CARS with each CAR having 3 TRUCKS in their GROUP.
When we do division problems we are always trying to determine how many TRUCKS are in each GROUP.
